« The stay was good i liked the room and enjoyed my stay but just remember its a budget hotel so dont expect wounders you get what you pay for you do need to pay damages deposit + admin fee but i did get the deposit back quite quickly got nothing bad to say for the price i paid for 2 adults for 2 nights »

« The accomodation was not as advertised. It was so bad we had to book alternative accomodation elsewhere. So far we have no way of seeking a refund, so we do not recommend Hotels.com to anyone ever! »

« Excellent communication from host & easy check in with key lock. Room was spacious & comfortable for our family of 4. The only negative was that we hadn’t realised that bathroom would be downstairs, which resulted in the kids being a bit anxious about going on their own, as it’s a shared house and they weren’t comfortable wandering around the house on their own with strangers. Not a problem for the adults, but the kids weren’t comfortable. »

« We were double booked into the house we had paid for but we were taken to a different one around the corner. For the price we paid it was adequate and clean. Sharing a bathroom with 3 lads who had also been double booked into the same house was not too much of a problem and having a fully functioning clean kitchen helped to catering costs reasonable. »

« Arrived and spent 20 mins finding out where the key was and which room I was in. Went to the kitchen to put some milk in fridge and the bin was overflowing with food and cartons and a swarm of fruit flies were everywhere. It was gross, do the kitchens not get claned? »

« Check in was seamless, and the kitchen facilities perfectly matched the photos.Everything was exceptionally well maintained, and I was thoroughly impressed by the high standard of the setup. It truly felt like a home away from home. I never expected to find such a beautiful space in the heart of Birmingham.I will definitely be returning. »
