« We stopped at Holme farm cottage for a few days to celebrate our daughters 30th birthday. We had young children with us & there was plenty for them to do with toys games, puzzles & a games room at the property. We had a wonderful time & will definitely go again. LIZ & Edward the owners were so helpful & friendly & would definitely recommend staying here. »

« We absolutely loved staying here as it had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, roomy living room with a sofa each and a private enclosed garden perfect for our dog. Great area as it was a short walk to the beach so we left the car behind some days. I would recommend the walk to Sutton on Sea and a stop at the Ice Rock cafe - amazing food..We had brilliant weather but if it is awful the book, toy, game library room is a really lovely touch. »

« We've had a wonderful week at your beautiful property. Plenty of space for us all to spread out and not be too crowded. The ground floor bedrooms and bathroom with walk-in shower were perfect for my Mum who has mobility issues and the garden was just lovely, nice and secure, so we didn't have to worry about the dog and everything was so well thought out and provided. « This cottage was beautiful, in an amazing area really quiet but also just a short drive to busy holiday beaches etc. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the bed, they was so uncomfortable, everyone in our party commented the same. It was a bit like sleeping on concrete. They was clean and bedding was lovely, just really hard mattress. Loads of cutlery and kitchen equipment, not having an opening window in the kitchen wasn’t ideal.Apart from the two above, it was ideal and would...

« It's a hidden gem!! It's so peaceful and with beautiful surroundings. Victoria and Tim are very kind and friendly. We loved visiting the pond and seeing the moorhens and theirs chick's. The area itself is quite centralised, so we were able to visit many places by car in about 30 minutes. We loved our stay so much, I would definitely recommend this exquisite converted church, thank you for making us feel so welcome. »
