« We stayed for 3 weeks and didn't want to leave. Situated in calm and peaceful countryside, great for walking, and hedgehogs visiting us on a night. It even has its own lake if you fancy going fishing. No worries about rushing back early on a night to find a parking place, your vehicle is safe and secure. Everything is provided to make your stay comfortable and relaxing - all you need bring is your toothbrush. We'll be back soon. »

« As a group we stayed in two of the cottages set in beautiful surroundings. Our host was there to greet us and made us feel very welcome. Both cottages were well equipped, clean and well presented. Having the use of the pool and hot tub was brilliant for the younger members, although both and the areas around them are in need of some upgrading. Quite expensive compared to other accommodation we have booked throughout the year. »

« The house was lovely and clean and is really handy for buses out to Skegness or Mablethorpe as well as a short wander to the shops/ pub/ beach.The garden was a particular high spot and our dog loved it. « We absolutely loved staying here as it had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, roomy living room with a sofa each and a private enclosed garden perfect for our dog. Great area as it was a short walk to the beach so we left the car behind some days. I would recommend the walk to Sutton on Sea and a stop at the Ice Rock cafe - amazing food..We had brilliant weather but if it is awful the book, toy, game library room is a really lovely touch. »

« This cottage was beautiful, in an amazing area really quiet but also just a short drive to busy holiday beaches etc. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the bed, they was so uncomfortable, everyone in our party commented the same. « We've had a wonderful week at your beautiful property. Plenty of space for us all to spread out and not be too crowded. The ground floor bedrooms and bathroom with walk-in shower were perfect for my Mum who has mobility issues and the garden was just lovely, nice and secure, so we didn't have to worry about the dog and everything was so well thought out and provided.
