« Being above a pub. Room spacious and clean. A little bit of noise from the entertainment but fine. All quite after 10. Staff very pleasant. Very close to all amenities. Parking on site. »

« The place was really easy to find. Nice and quiet with a great bar and excellent food menu. Lots of space and friendly staff. The caravan was laid out for our family requirements and was comfortable. I would defently stay there again as it is a great location for travelling around the local area. »

« The 2 female receptionists were amazing and i could not wish for better help that i got from both of them as they were always willing to help.

« Have to say apart from a few things maintenance wise that need addressing, the flat was lovely.
I reported the shower was not working on Monday, and was asked permission if the maintenance man could go in to the flat to sort it out, on our return we had a brand new shower fitted,
I can not fault the service and reply so would defiantly stay again »

« The room was comfortable and the hotel not far from the pier in Skegness.
The staff is really friendly.
There is no breakfast at the hotel, but you can have it in lot of places around. »

« Wasnât expecting much as the price is cheap but was amazed at the quality of this. Large parking area. Friendly staff treated us at check in. Room was very spacious with a big comfy bed. Spotless bedding. Tea/coffee facilities in room. Wardrobe, drawers, tv. Small en suite bathroom with shower. Shampoo and shower gel products provided. Towels offered. The photos donât do the rooms justice in my opinion. Would I use again. 100% yes. »
