« Broken windows- it was up the whole time, the room faces the main road with heavy traffic, therefore sleep was impossible. Communication was poor, inadequate instructions to get into the bldg. I was only given the code to the room, not the bldg. Manager emailed me a photo copy of the emailed instructions after I asked her. « Property was absolutely lovely! Very clean, had really comfy bedding. Huge balcony overlooking the golf course. Really fast wifi too. We went into Cambridge as well as Ely, didn’t take long at all, really good links. Only downside was we went to the spikes bar for food 3 times and each time they didn’t do food or know anything about the menu that was online. I think we must have just got unlucky, would suggest to go before 5pm as we tried 5.30, 6.30 & 7.30 and was turned away. There was nobody...

"J'ai passé 6 nuits dans cet hôtel. Le personnelles était très sympathique, Chambre propre et fonctionnel pratique avec literie confortable salle de bain bien équipé avec grandes baignoire, chambre calme Piscine propre à la bonne temperature saunahammam,salle de sport bien équipé . Petit déjeuner très bon et variésauf le bécon trop salé. pas trop loin du centre ville et de beaucoup de monument. Petit point négatifJe n'avais pas devue chambre en intérieur,dommage ,et presque tous les matins la chambre à côté, la porte s'ouvrait toutes les 2 minutes à 5h30.Je ne sais pas s'il faisait le ménage mais je voyais un chariot devant la chambre."

"Hôtel idéalement situé dans un quartier très sécurié où il y a de nombreux sièges de banques. Le métro est très proche. Bars et restaurants aux alentours, de même que des épiceries. Appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Tout est optimisée. Des matériaux de qualité, tout comme l'électroménager. Un très belle découverte proche de Londres sans y être en plein centre. Si vous allez à l'O2, il y a une seule station de métro à prendre."

"My stay in May was unfortunately catastrophic, mainly because of several serious issues. On the day of our departure, a housekeeper woke us up at 8 a.m. to clean the room, which was particularly unpleasant. We also had a plumbing problem that caused water to flood the bathroom floor. On arrival, the toilet flush was not working, and we had to call a repairman to fix it. However, my most recent stay in August was absolutely fantastic, and this was probably largely due to the fact that I was given one of the renovated rooms. The welcome was perfect, and the receptionist greeted me in French — a big thank you to her for that! The room was clean, well laid out, and very quiet. I was also very happy to see that it had a shower rather than a bathtub, unlike the older rooms still found in the hotel. It is clear that the renovation has brought a real upgrade in terms of comfort and quality. The only minor negative point was that the plumbing made some noise after the toilet was flushed, but this was a very small issue compared with the overall quality of my stay. Overall, I am really satisfied with my most recent experience and very pleased to see the improvements made to the hotel. The renovated rooms make a real difference!"

"Nous avons passé deux nuits absolument parfaites dans cet hôtel. Tout était à la hauteur de nos attentes : une chambre confortable et des espaces impeccablement entretenus. Mais ce qui a vraiment rendu notre séjour exceptionnel, c’est la gentillesse et l’attention du personnel. Chaque membre de l’équipe a été incroyablement accueillant, souriant et aux petits soins. Nous nous sommes sentis sincèrement les bienvenus du début à la fin. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés !"
