« This apartment was fantastic! Just perfect for a two night stay. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and staff were amazing and super helpful. Location was perfect for city centre and within walking distance of pretty much everything! Will definitely stay there again. Thanks guys! x »

« I had a nightmare experience here. The property is unsanitary and dangerous. My son, who has asthma, went into medical distress due to thick dust, clogged ventilation, and mold on the bedding. The place was filthy: hair on the sheets, a dirty oven, a rusted toaster, and exposed plumbing. When I reported these legitimate safety hazards, the owner/manager confronted me and my young child in person during checkout. He was aggressive and intimidating, threatening me with 'trespassing' and...

« It was all good. Had everything we needed.
Lovely bright modern room. Most comfortable bed. Good bathroom and kitchen. Washing machine and dishwasher.
Chosen because there was secure parking.
Great place to meet granddaughter at Sheffield Uni.
Huge choice of restaurants and takeaways

« Greeted by a pleasant stain member. Flat was clean. Secure parking is a plus. Things could be improved if they had the following, welcome pack giving WiFi details etc, better equipped kitchen I.e tea towel, bin and more crockery, bathroom could do with bath mat and bedroom could do with bedside cabinet with bedside lamp »

« Good location with parking, slight issue with the parking as you are given an allocated spot but upon arrival there was a vehicle already parked in the spot, quick phone call and instructions given to park elsewhere which was fine. Entry door system was hit and miss, didn’t work upon arrival but then on return did the same thing but it worked. Stayed in a 2 bedroom but only one bathroom so if you were not from the same family it might cause a few issues. »
