« Nice modern apartment. Conveniently located. Reasonable price. Had read reviews about it being noisy with the rooms being close to local pubs, however, we found it to be very quiet during our stay. Overall excellent! »

« The property is in a good location for the First Arena Direct. The apartments are functional but lack character and warmth, they are very clinical. The air conditioning is awful and the bedroom was like a hot house, even with a fan on!!! That is in November! If I had been on my own I would have not stayed as there is no lock nor security bar on the back of the door, anyone with access to a key could come in and you would be none the wiser, until it is too late. I would not recommend for solo...

« Clean property in good location »

We had to go to the shared kitchen on the ground floor to use one. A simple breakfast is included every day, and having hot drinks available 24/7 is a big plus! »

« Very frequent traveller.. this is the best serviced apartment by far that I’ve experienced »

« Honestly, this was the worst accommodation in my life. I booked this place for my colleagues as we were in Leeds for a long business trip. We chose an apartment instead of a hotel mainly because having a washing machine and kitchen would make a longer stay much easier. Unfortunately, the place was extremely dirty. The washing machine and microwave were so dirty that we didn't even want to use them. The chairs, beds and bedding also didn't feel clean at all. Even the towels provided were old,...
