« Excellent unit, very convenient to Paddington station with no noise problem. Only concern is the steep, narrow staircase to access unit, which may be typical in London. Believe future users should be aware of stairs in case they have issues with climbing. Particular hazard if transporting large suitcase. Otherwise, no concerns. Mid week cleaning very nice bonus. »

« Very nice place. Great location. Lots of coffeeshops and restaurants, and shops in the area. Be aware that it is difficult to open the front door. There should be a non-slip mat in the bathtub since that is where the shower is. You could hear the neighbours pretty good and the water heater but with earplugs all good!! »

They were also very accomodating for our early check-in.BUT the place is dated, somewhat rough, and in need of a refurb - peeling paint, a broken bedside table, rusty old fixtures, and tons of carpet stains.
