« We had a great stay in this property. It is clean, well equipped and in a really handy location with the train station close by and a nice couple of wee pubs up the road. the house itself has a modern kitchen and main bathroom as well as another bathroom on the top ( 3rd Floor ). Bedrooms have good space and are clean and well maintained. It is an older terraced property over three floors and with the bedrooms and bathrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor, it might not suit those with mobility issues,...

« Accommodation was absolutely spotless. The decor and furnishings are lovely, even had a christmas tree and decorations, it was so warm and cosy. The hosts left us some provisions, which was appreciated. The location was perfect for us, nice and quiet, with an enclosed patio area so our dogs were nice and safe. Nice walks in the area, pity the pub wasn't open as its literally 5 min walk away. Skipton is only 8 minutes drive away. Would definitely book to stay here again and will recommend to...

« A lovely property that has been recently renovated to provide a modern, but cosy base for exploring Skipton and the Yorkshire Dales. The fire and excellent heating system ensured the property was warm and welcoming even with very cold days. Only single drawback is the busy road on the doorstep, but we were aware of this before arriving and the noise was not as bad as some had commented. »

« This property was perfect for our needs. We loved the location, the amenities were as described, and Dan responded to questions very quickly. We stayed 2 weeks; using public transportation the entire time was very convenient and allowed us to hike, explore and fall in love with Yorkshire. We hope to repeat the entire experience in the future. »

« A truly spectacular property in very good condition, with everything you could need. Scrupulously clean. Well equipped kitchen which was a joy to cook in. Lots of comfy places to curl up with a book or join in family games. The pool is gorgeous. « Dale Side was perfect for our stay, mother, daughter and dog. The house was immaculate and in a perfect location to walk to bars and restaurants. We were lucky to get parking directly outside the house for our 3 day stay. We completed the circular walk from skipton, up Sharp Haw and back for a refreshing drink in the Curious Fox. After our walks it was lovely to come back to our comfortable home for a warm shower and back out for delicious food at the woolly sheep. Would definitely return to...

« Ideally located for walking just off the Pennine Way and in the middle of the Yorkshire Three Peaks, the house is in great condition and well equipped with a large living space upstairs in addition to a cosy lounge downstairs. Communication was excellent and the owners were very friendly and welcoming. The Yorkshire Dales is a beautiful area with plenty to see and do even if you're not going to embark on long walks. « The pictures from the website don’t do it justice. The location is amazing and the accommodation is definitely 5*. Although there are other units on site you can’t see any of them as they are arranged on the hill. You feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Would definitely stay there again. »
