« For the first welcome in walk we were greeted by a filthy carpet and funky smell. The carpet was stained throughout the house.The kitchen is old, plastic covers, peeling off cabinets and steel wool holding the washing machine in place. We understand that these are old buildings in central London, however, the furnishings were all broken, dirty, and needed to be replaced.
