« Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room. « The apartment is clean and tidy with everything you need. Good location for the area with a tram stop right outside. Decent parking included which is a bonus. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend staying here and using the letting agent that deal with the property. »

« Ideal central yet quiet location. The property was described accurately and was adequately equipped. Plenty of spotless linen provided and starter packs of beverages. It was exactly what we needed- I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone needing comfortable overnight/weekend/business accommodation. »
