« The property did not fully match the listing, one of the bedrooms shown in the photos does not appear to exist, and the room our children were going to stay in had visible mould on the walls. While the property had been cleaned well, this is clearly a maintenance issue rather than a cleaning one. The hot tub, which was a key reason for booking, was not available on our first night. « We arrived at what looked like a derelict house and had to check we had the correct address. On entry it was not obvious where to go and had to shout into the kitchen where a lady then showed us to our room. Basic does not even come close to describing it. We accepted tge key then walked straight back to the car to book a hotel 3 mikes away then dropped the key off later. I feel the images are deceptive and if a view of the front of the property was available then no one would book. Avoid! »
