« The staff and communication prior and during the trip was excellent. Location was great, a Co-Op near by and a 10 min walk from Print Works, AO Arena - not far from everywhere really. Room was clean and tidy, spacious and equipped suitably. The boiler was rather noisy, and there was a slight food smell on the linens. Lovely welcome pack on arrival e.g. coffee, sugar, tea, hot chocolate and cookies, but no milk. Thankfully Co-Op over the road so not too much of a problem. The place was...

« Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room. « dirty room, had someone’s dirty laundry, shower and toilets all stained with brown and yellow stains, door hanger flung off as we walked in, all surfaces dirty, dead bugs at windowsill, bedsheets stained with black stuff. so dirty and poor communication, left after 30 minutes and got no refund whatsoever. also no lock on bathroom door, one of the beds was broken, plug socket broken »
