We appreciate the opportunity to address each point you have raised:Manager Availability: We note the misunderstanding regarding the scheduled meeting with a manager at 6:30 AM. Our Transportation and Recreation Supervisors are typically available during early departures, and your butler was present at that time. We will ensure that our communication about managerial availability is clearer in the future.Water Charges: At our resort, we are committed to environmental sustainability and operate a reverse osmosis water bottling plant that supplies still or sparkling water in refillable glass bottles. Please note that while this water is included in your villa, it is not part of the F&B outlets offerings as per the established meal plan. We appreciate your understanding.Sea Activities Desk: We understand your belongings were misplaced at the sea activities desk. We want to assure you that all lost and found items at our resort have always been recovered, and there has been no case of theft. It appears there may have been a mistake where another guest inadvertently took your scuba diving equipment or beach bag. We have taken this incident seriously and are further enhancing our security protocols and staff training.Jet Ski Issue: We maintain our jet skis regularly to ensure they are maintained to the highest standards. We understand the inconvenience caused by the technical glitch during your use and appreciate your patience.Umbrella Sunbeds: Upon thorough investigation, we discovered that on the morning of April 22nd, all the umbrellas were occupied, and two were missing hooks. Temporary fixes were implemented, and our servers stayed to ensure the umbrellas were fixed properly for guest comfort. We understand this may have caused inconvenience, and we regret if the presence of our staff was misconstrued as waiting for a tip.Bar Service: It is regrettable to hear that our bar service did not meet your expectations. We are committed to enhancing our responsiveness and will continue to train our team to better serve our guests.Dolphin Boat Ride: We typically ensure that bottled water is available for every guest on excursions. We are reviewing our procedures to avoid any such oversights in the future.Availability of Low-Fat Milk: We regularly stock low-fat milk at all our outlets, and we will ensure that all our staff are well-informed about our beverage offerings to avoid any future confusion.Early Departure: Your departure was coordinated based on your itinerary and travel timings, with a takeaway breakfast provided for your convenience. We continually seek ways to enhance our service and appreciate your feedback.Communication on Last Evening: Your concerns were brought to our attention during a conversation with our Manager on Duty, Ruwan, on the last evening of your stay.
