We saw that you rated your Intent to Recommend a “4”; however, we also noticed that there were several missed opportunities.
It was brought to my attention, that during your recent stay we fell short of meeting your expectations. The information provided on the Guest Satisfaction Survey has been shared with the Restaurant Manager and Front office Manager who joins me in not only offering our sincere apologies for the teams’ shortcomings, but our commitment to resolving these issues in order to improve the dining experience.
