A stylish kitchen completes the picture. Furthermore, the building offers a shared laundry room with washers and dryers, providing seamless care for your laundry needs. Embrace the exclusivity of your stay as the entire unit becomes your personal haven. Our seamless self-check-in process has been meticulously designed to provide you with utmost ease and convenience, ensuring a smooth transition into your temporary retreat. Your autonomy is our priority, allowing you to effortlessly settle in and savor every moment of your stay.

You are welcome to utilize the entire interior of the apartment at your convenience. However, kindly refrain from accessing the back patio and sunroom, as these areas are currently under construction. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated.
Other things to note
Feel free to bring your furry friends as this unit is pet-friendly! We do charge a $25 pet fee and we kindly request that you make an effort to keep them off the furniture when possible. :)

-Please be aware that during the summer months the air conditioning unit is situated in the bedroom of the apartment.

-To ensure your maximum comfort, a supplementary fan is thoughtfully provided for additional cooling throughout the space.

-Note there is an elevator in the building.

-Other tenants in the building do have pets!

-Please note the sofa has been replaced, it is now a grey sofa!
