Even after requesting housekeeping services my husband had to request fresh towels and wash cloths and set his garbage in the hallway. Desk staff were rude and not happy to be helpful. When my husband asked for a couple clean washcloths he was told it was a housekeeping issue. Will not return

This hotel will try to scam you out of $100s
The stay was good, but the service desk was not as they charged my card payment of room after paying here, saying they could t receive payment through here with no reason. Then they charged my card again (double charged). If you want to stay here, don't pay on here since this place will try to scam your card out of hundred of dollars with this excuse of "unable to receive payment from hotels com." Disgraceful and unacceptable actions from this hotel indeed

While I am happy that your stay with us was good, I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. You stated that the charges that were taken after already paying on your booking site hindered your experience, which was saddening to read. Based on my investigation, I am seeing where you were charged a 40 deposit and 80.08 for the room charges, which would amount to 120.08. It pleases me to inform you that the 120.08 was returned to your card. It usually takes 7-14 days for it be reflected in your account.
