Etat de la chambre délabré, fauteuil usé a jeter aux vidanges, odeur horrible, meuble avec des tiroirs manquants. Nous avons demandé a changer de chambre et c’était mieux mais mauvaise odeur aussi et délabré aussi.

Plus éloigné des grand-chemins que la plupart des Red Roof. Propre pour son genre, utile d'accès. "Princess", préposée (qui se souvenait de son Français appris en secondaire), fut aimable en m'offrant son téléphone afin de faire un appel au moment que ma carte d'appel "non-périmée" AT&T" ne fut plus respectée. This is looks way different than the pictures advertised. I had booked a room a few hours before arriving got checked in and went to my room which was not to standards. Which included the walls flaking and the bed check for creepy crawlers was questionable. Within me going into my room and coming out and asking for a refund which I was told would be no problem but I would have to have Expedia call since I book through them. This ended up being a lie and I was not refunded any money at all.10/10 don’t recommend

Staff was nice . Water was good and hot for the showers. Room was nice and warm.Room's were dirty carpet wasnt vacuumed. Any of the non carpeted floors were dirty also. Alot of shady characters hang out around there. Stayed there Sat and Sunday . Sunday the coffee wasn't made till 9;45 . But you get what you pay for and it was cheap .

Didn’t feel like a very safe area. Lots of garbage outside. Coffee machine was “down” two mornings in a row. Room was not decorated as pictured. Had to fix chain in toilet after every use to prevent it from continuously running.

They never cleaned our rooms even after we asked. We had to purchase towels so we could take showers. The remote didn’t work on the television, they didn’t have a replacement, and they couldn’t fix it. Both rooms smelt like marijuana! It was the worst six days!

The whole place is run down and in need of a deep deep deep cleaning, dusting, bleaching and carpet cleaning. The room had a smell, the the door handle was loose. All the walls were dirty. The bathroom looked like it hadnt been cleaned before we checked in. There was about a1/4 inch of toilet paper in the bathroom. The bed had stains in the blankets and sheets. There was candy wrappers from places weve never been too on the floor. The tv had a 1/3 of the screen that was green. Some of the power outlets did not work. One of the beds was so uneven it sloped downhill. It was also super soft. The other was firm and springy. Overall. As a place to sleep for 2 nights it was tolerable. But we wont stay there again.

Got The Job Done "OK"
Place was totally fine for the $50 charged for a last-minute room near restaurant and the airport. Service was good. People were capable. No complaints there. My only complaint was that I personally find the smell of bleach and other toxic chemical hotel cleaners to be totally disgusting and completely suffocating, so that is why I rated them lower than I would have otherwise. I tried to open the windows as soon as I walked in the room, but could not. They also don't recycle garbage on this property, but then again, no one in the US seems to recycle garbage, so nothing new there. I'd stay again, all-in-all. It got the job done.

Hard to open the entry door. Could not get a/c or heat to work. No way to stop water from draining in the bathtub. Poor handicap features. The hold bars are too low for one taking a shower. I am 6’1”. The hold bars are fine for someone taking a bath. Table lamp worked but sans lamp shade. Hot running water, TV, bed, chair up to par. Choice of TV channels pretty dismal. This was in 1st floor handicapped room 122.
