Decent hotel but nothing great. Bed was comfortable was the best thing about the room. Room had a slight smell and carpeting had some stains but otherwise the room appeared clean.

We had to stay here while we had work done on our house. The rooms were clean and comfy. The pool was great for the kids. Would stay here again.

Room and carpets were filthy. Trash in hallway. Walls in rooms were dirty. Place is run down. I felt bad for the guy at the front counter. He was very nice, cleanliness isnt his fault. Housekeeping needs definite attention

It was good enough to stay one night. But I didn't get a room that was pictured in my reservations. The pool wasn't like in the pictures either. It was New yr eve night but people were using the upstairs of where my room was as a trampoline park till 5am. 🙄 And check in was a long wait due to customers not having what was needed to check in. Looked short staffed for such a busy night. My phone in the room didn’t work so I couldn't call front desk. And sure couldn't get help if I went up there. I wouldn't stay again its not to my taste. I did enjoy my shower and the dove soap they provided.

Paint chipping all over bathroom and walls, super loud until after 3am. Called front desk multiple times and it never was fixed. Spoke with front desk in the morning but no manager was available to speak with.

Just what we needed
Everything was good. The front desk was very accommodating and we had a good time. Jetted tub was definitely worth it!

Stayed in a suite that had dirty carpet stains, the cable went out on both TVs and the king bed broken springs. They ran out of clean towels due to not enough staff. The desk rep was very professional and did her best to make any accommodations. Location is very convenient but they need to put a little work in to make it a better place because it has potential.

It is a Family type atmosphere. Two things, they need to consider putting families with more than 2 children in their party on the 1st floor and sound barriers or carpet are necessary for the floor, so that it doesn’t cause distraction to the guest below.

Avoid this Holiday Inn Express! If you have any sort of mobility issues (but not quite in need of a roll-in shower), the bathtub is extremely hard to get in to take a shower, and there are no safety bars. Our first room stunk like dirty socks. Called the staff, they came up and said that there was no problem. The next day, asked to be accommodated to a wheelchair accessible room in hopes my mother would be able to actually get in that shower. The only difference is, there were actually safety bars. This room stunk like mold, the paint was chipping off, and the pullout sofa had dead bed bugs on the mattress pad! When the staff came to check it out, they literally shrugged their shoulders and said "I'm sorry about that." We finally were moved to a third room in two days. This one was actually clean and did not smell, but still had an unusable bathtub for my mother. According to the front desk, they only have ONE room with a roll-in shower. Truly a disappointing hotel and a lesson was learned NOT to book through Expedia as they declined to provide any assistance or refund.

I normally do not submit reviews, however, this property hit a different nerve during this stay. We selected Holiday Inn over other options within the area for their known reputation—this property does not uphold to normal standards. There were cobwebs in every corner, ants in the bathroom and a giant spider (that had been there for quite some time) taking up residency in the bathroom. Dead beetles lay in corners and the ceiling/walls were severely damaged. The breakfast was not great either—as the pancake machine and coffee were both on empty and regardless of staff standing there—were not taken care of. At 5:30 am, someone above us (as we were on the bottom floor) ran around their room from 5:30-6:45 am. I am not complaining about the movement of people but suggesting that something be done to help aid in the noise transmissions throughout the hotel.

We got there and everybody at the desk was very helpful very nice power. We got up to the room. There were no handles to turn the water on in the tub. We went back down and talked to the front desk. They switched our room to a new one. We were late for our family gathering, so we go dressed and left. Later that night got back and found out the handles on this tub did not work. Call the desk but no one there to fix it so I did what I could to rig it to work. Then to top it off I was charged another $37 on my card with no explanation. Then there was some kid of crumbled piece of paper taped into a corne of the room. This place has to really get it together before

Dirty. Hair in tub, on floor , carpet was sticky in spots, Badly stained. Counters sticky, bathtub drain very slow, who wants to stand in ankle deep water,. Jacuzzi tub facet handle about to fall off , sitting area tv did NOT work.
