There was nothing in the rooms..no paper..no pens..nothing about the restaurant...nothing about restaurants in the area..when asked front desk a out it i was told all i had to do was ask and they gave me a handfull pizza places..hot tub was not working. When i checked in i asked about making reservations for August the lady was more interested in eating then helping. I will never stay here again. We fly out from this area alot but this is the worse holiday inn we have ever stayed at. Poor

The lobby is nicer than the rooms. Very dirty and outdated. Every where you look there’s peeling wallpaper. Very noisy. Elevator doors squeaked so loud when they opened you can hear from your room. Outdated AC unit that wouldn’t continuously stay on.

I travel a fair amount to Michigan and have stayed at several different hotels and this one by far is the best. The bed was comfortable, the rooms were clean, it was quiet and parking was not crowded. Thank you for a great stay, I will be back!

The room was filthy. Looked like it had not been cleaned other than the bed. The head board had a large spot that was peeling.

Close to the airport is a positive but I have spent a whole year becoming a “diamond elite” member and they always gave me free snacks before I got to diamond elite but, because I didn’t book it through their app, they charged me for it. So much for diamond elite. Don’t even waste your time with that scam

It's always a pleasant experience to stay here. The front desk staff are always smiling and helpful. The rooms are always clean and fully stocked. We only stay at Holiday Inn s for these reasons.

Dumpy 1960’s style hotel with poorly lit rooms. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful though, and the sports bar restaurant was surprisingly good for tasty food and friendly service.

The room was clean and the bed nice and comfortable. But the staff was not very imformative, my key card constantly stopped working if it cam in contact with my phone or magnetic wallet, there were no prices on any of the goods sold in the lobby, the shower water pressure was WEAK, and the hot water in the gym didn’t work. The pool looked really dirty as well.
