Clean, affordarble, in a safe area. It's conveniently located off the highway. The staff are very friendly and helpful.Downtown Plymouth is beautiful and there are a lot of nice pubs and restaurants to choose from. The pool is very small and chilly.

1st hotel I’ve stayed at that doesn’t clean your room on a daily basis. Toilet lid had yellow around hinges MainLight was burnt out In bathroom Large out dated bathroom with a small skinny tub. Not what you expect for a Hilton.

For the most part, this is a nice place to stay, clean, good front lobby amenities, friendly staff. Our biggest problem is the discomfort of the mattresses. We stayed there for a wedding and had two terrible nights' sleep. We didn't want to return to the same hotel for another wedding a few weeks later but, since the rest of the stay was good we decided to give it another chance....maybe a different room would bring a different experience. After the first night of sleep, we regretted our decision. The bed doesn't feel bad at first, but after tossing and turning and waking up completely sore all over, we won't be staying at this particular Hilton again. We've been to other locations and did not have the same problem. It's unfortunate because other than this it really is a nice place to stay and would otherwise recommend.

The room was clean, and I couldn't find any issues. The staff was pleasant, nice and helpful. Dine in for food was good, and breakfast service was very nice. The food was pricey though. The only issue I had for my stay was the didn't clean the room after the first night for the two night stay.

The Hilton Garden Inn Plymouth, MI is a nice hotel that gives you exactly what you want in this price point, good service, quality rooms, and are responsive. I was in the area for meetings and the location was also very easy to access and good for meetings in the western suburbs of Detroit.

The Hilton was clean, modern, and convenient. I liked being able to have breakfast there. Several evenings I wished the dining room served dinner.

Walked in and the lobby smelled of death. The room was musty as heck. Didnt even stay. Went up the street to St.Johns for exactly the same rate. Full bar 5 star restaurant awesome room

We stayed here while visiting family. It's a very convenient location close to restaurants. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel could use some updating. We felt $15.95 for the breakfast was too expensive.

It’s an outdated hotel. For the amount of money I spent, I could have stayed somewhere else for cheaper and less money. The food wAs not that good either.

If you don't like customer service, go here!
I really wanted to like this place. It's close to our family in Northville and it's located right near M14, thus making it easy to buzz between A2 and Northville. However, I don't think we'll be going back. There was too much that just wasn't good enough. Here it goes: The breakfast cost a fortune for a hotel of this calibre. It was $15.99/adult. Also, in our post-Covid world, businesses are clinging to Covid-era no frills customer service models, even though it's time to return to a model of customer service mattering. We pay a lot to stay in these places, so why do we have to beg for towels and other basics? For example, this hotel doesn't provide housekeeping except "by request." When we requested the service, they didn't come. When they finally did show up the next day, they made the beds but didn't take away the dirty, wet towels we used the day before, and they didn't replenish soap or the coffee service. This was particularly annoying because the soap dispenser by the sink was filled with conditioner. Finally, these folks didn't bother cleaning up after the last guests who were in the room. There was still a plastic champagne flute under the bed when we arrived. I presume that if you went to Room 528 today, it's still there.

The slamming doors from the guest rooms really make it a challenge to sleep in this hotel. I don’t know if you can adjust the springs on them or not but they close with such force, it feels like the entire hotel shakes. I was woken up multiple times in the night by doors in our floor.

I generally like HGIs. The problem this time was that the toilet in the room was plugged when I checked in. It looked fine but clearly had an existing obstruction when first flushed after checking in. That should have been noticed and fixed. The staff was friendly enough but not very enthusiastic and just seemed tired. That's not a knock on them personally - people have a lot going on in their lives. But it reflected the management of the hotel, whose influence is important to employee well-being and how they interact with guests.

Happy time in Plymouth!
Great location right off the highway, but room facing the road was nice and quiet - no road noise. Lobby was clean, staff extremely helpful, and breakfast was delicious.

This is a very convenient location. It is a pet friendly hotel and there was a very large dog that smelled very bad who stayed in the lobby for most of the time we were there. It is unfortunate the owner didn’t notice. The staff was very helpful and did spray deodorizer.

Nice property that is easy to access from Highway 14. Grounds are lovely. Hotel room is clean, quiet, and need is comfy. Love the walk in shower.

Was disappointed with the service. You have to ask for fresh towels at the front desk and they seemed annoyed to help. Also the in-room soaps are tiny little slivers . No room service which was listed as available, the "restaurant" was only breakfast. Overall not as advertised.
