« Very homey!! I would most definitely recommend and when I come back to town I hope I can get this place again!! »

« Great house, just what we needed. »

« Super cute house!! Quite neighborhood. Very clean. Host was extremely fast to get back to me when I reached out about a concern. Parking was great. Will definitely recommend this house and host for family who visits. »

« Sleeps 12? Only 3 coffee cups? Coffee makers are nasty and no filters! Not quiet. Directly across the street from a convenience store, headlights all night. Within feet from a small apartment building. Blinds broken in 2of the bedrooms. Exhaust fan in bathroom dirty! Dryer was also non functional. Driveway is narrow and turning around requires a 4 point turn. »

« Great communication with host, clean, convenient and exactly as advertised. »

« The house was lovely, very comfortable and perfect for us and our dog who enjoyed the fenced in back yard with its beautiful lawn. The house is on a quiet street in East Rochester and was very convenient for driving to other parts of Rochester, to the museums, Durand Eastman Park and Lake Ontario beach park. I highly recommend the George Eastman House if you are interested in photography, and the Memorial Art Gallery which has an excellent collection and wonderful sculpture park. Cheryl, thank...

« This property fit our needs perfectly. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed for our 3 day stay in the area. »

« Sold home in NY needed a place to stay for a few days while the sale completed. This house was perfect for our needs. Owners may need to look in to a new cleaning company. Floors were so dirty I mopped them myself 4 times . Mop water was black. The house itself is very cute and location was perfect. »

« I realistically only booked this hotel to use the hot tub and it was down for maintenance. They do not have do not disturb signs on their doors so it was a little frustrating when staff knocked on the door multiple times after I said no thank you and then they came back and knocked more. I was so exhausted I just wanted to sleep! The restaurant was good and the staff were friendly. However, I do not recommend spending $68 for the ribeye. It had no seasoning. »

« Good service »

« Cons: Old dirty rooms. No maid came during our 2 nights stay. Dirty carpets Stained bedsheets Limited towels Breakfast not properly refilled. Several options missing. Limited seating area for breakfast. Dirty. Very small pool. Pros: Marcelo’s the best at front desk. Always smiling and helpful! »
