« There’s nothing if you want to cook, but they let me use there microwave »

« Fantastic food, drinks, service. The grounds were immaculate. Views, breathtaking. Without dedication, a fantastic experience. »

« The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. We had to ask at the desk for towels and supplies, but the promised room service never...

« The hotel is in a great location. However, there was no on site restaurant! The room was dated but clean. Would never consider this hotel again!! »

« Rooms very nice. My only issue is that I was unable to use the make-up mirror. It should be adjustable and come down and out to be useful. Also something in the drain to prevent losing items down the drain. Dropped a vitamin and was glad it was only a vitamin. Other than that, it was very nice and the staff was very helpful. »

« Chambre propre, peu d'équipements. Glaciale car clim à 16°. Accueil pas très agréable. Petit déjeuner dans le hall et pas très garni »

« Confortable beds, good breakfast options, shower and bathroom floor could have been cleaner. »

« Tout était ok. Bel hôtel. Brand new hotel. All was good! »

« We loved our stay at this beautiful and historic B&B!. There are several common rooms downstairs for sitting/chatting/reading. We ended up playing a Scrabble game they had available. The soft classical music in the background was a nice touch. They had tea, coffee & little treats/snacks available the whole stay. Our room felt clean & spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We were equipped with all the basic amenities needed for our stay. The breakfast was delicious! We would stay again. »

« L’extérieur de l’hôtel est mieux entretenu que l’intérieur car une fois dedans, tout est vieillot. Les portes des chambres en bois sont toutes abîmées, la salle de bain mériterait une bonne rénovation. Beaucoup de tâches sur la moquette et les chaises (dans la chambre mais aussi dans la salle du petit déj). Literie OK. Pas de frigo. Propreté à revoir. Petit déjeuner ultra basique. Ça ne vaut clairement pas le prix »

« Very friendly; loved that there was always cold pitchers of water in the downstairs fridge. Breakfast was good »
