« I had booked the best villa with river facing views. 6 months ahead of time. A day before I had even called the property to confirm my booking and was assured to come. But when I reached the hotel, I was told that my booking is not with them as the mail from hotels.com has not reached....etc... etc... So finally I was given another room which was of a lower category and since apparently it was vacated by another guest a short while ago, it was not even cleaned up properly. The facilities like...

« Excellent property, everything was great service, location ,food, proximity to nature like river, waterfall. They organize nature walks for adults and lots of activities for kids and family members to keep them engaged. Rooms are spacious and have that rustic vibe to it.
