« Had great experience at the hotel. You should consider this hotel if visiting Mussoorie. This hotel is the best attraction of the city. »

« All good. But a single rod heater is not enough to keep you warm during the freezing winter. They mention they provide electric blankets on request but I was advised they do not. Very strange. »

« I give them bonus points for location and hospitality. The property needs minor repairs and pest control for cockroaches. »

« Ramada is conveniently located at the start of the mall road. We were given a valley view room- but the wing is not connected to the main hotel. It was rainy and cold and we had get wet to get to our room. The hotel can better construct a covered pathway between the two wings. The pathway is also very cluttered and poorly maintained. « It is a decent stay option but far away from mall road. I stayed in Luxury suite but it was nit luxurious as per 3* star hotel standards. Tea/ Cofee/ Complimentary water bottle/ hand towel were missing in the room. Intercom was not working. Staff was cooperative and served good food »

« The moment we entered it smells weirdly. Some of staff was friendly but one sitting on restaurant billing counter was not friendly. Rooms were okaish and no where justifies $115/night. Staff should »

« We had a great experience at Fortune Resort Grace. The staff were excellent, the rooms had beautiful views of the valley and the location was near the market. Highly recommend. »

« If you are planning to enjoy in Mussorie, then this stay is not for you. if you are already mussorie multiple times and dont have anything to do then this is good. »

« Before visiting, I was worried. But as soon as I entered and saw the view, I felt like I was in heaven. The staff is very good, always ready to serve. I recommend staying here. Thanks. »

« This was one of the most amazing experiences in Uttarakhand. The view from the room was breathtaking, and the owner was cordial and very helpful over the phone. The highlight, however, was the exceptional customer service. The on-site manager, Manjit, and his team were incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed to make our glamping experience comfortable and memorable. Manjit also prepared delicious food, so I highly recommend dining at the property instead of going...

« I am not satisfied with hospitality staff. Rooms were unclean unhygenic and a lot of disturbance from outside place. At the time of booking room is differnt and which is allocated both are different »

« Housekeeping service is pathetic »
