« Hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. Cabin is perfectly cozy, with exactly enough to be comfortable. Phone reception was mildly decreased, which was perfect for not falling into the phone but still being somewhat connected. Nestled in the trees, just far enough from the neighboring houses. We felt safe, even when our only light came from the fire pit. We missed our birding field guide, but enjoyed the various winged visitors all the same. « The house was perfect for our fishing trip to Lake Chataqua. The property provided space to park the boat and the outside electric made it easy to charge the battery. The home itself was immaculate and the owners provide everything needed. The washer and dryer was a huge bonus after a rainy day on the water! Wonderful! »

« We had a wonderful stay in Bemus Point with our daughters and son-in-laws for a family wedding! Great location with lots of amenities within walking distance. Great communication from the owners-beautiful property! Would love to stay again in the future! »

« House was beautiful and very clean. Lots of places to sit outside and view the lake. Very quiet and relaxing. Interesting landscaping. It was a little difficult to get larger items into the house because of the narrow entry door. The beds were comfortable. The coffee maker does both drip and k-cups. »

« Exceptionally well decorated and well kept property with owner’s attention to detail for the guests. Hosts are readily available for questions/answers and offer restaurant/area attractions! We would highly recommend this property to friends/family. Sunsets on the lake are a five minute walk away. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay on this property. The house is absolutely adorable, clean and very spacious! We had a group of 6 ladies and we could couldn’t believe how convenient the location was to the waterfront and everything Bemus has to offer! « Nice studio unit, dividable by curtain for area with sleeper sofa. Awesome porch with rocking chairs, nice sun room with dining table. In the heart of this little town, walkable to all sorts of restaurants, shops, etc., as well as the lake. Bathroom is on the small side, but workable. Had a great stay. »

« Great location, walking distance to the lake, restaurants, and shops! The house was spotless and absolutely beautiful! We loved the attention to detail and all of the personal touches with snacks, coffee station, games and bikes!!! Can't wait to come back again!! »
