« I had booked this hotel for my parents and uncle/aunt. When they reached the hotel, the receptionist/manager said there was no booking. This was a pre paid booking. « This is a service apartment and not a Hotel. But, the service offered were on par with any 4-start hotel. The staffs were cordial and polite.
