« The hotel was clean, affordable and AC and hot water worked. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, two major grocery stores on each side of the hotel and the Fugalei market right in front of it. Also was is a restaurant that makes decent “Fish and Chips” besides other dishes. Everything is a couple of steps away from each other, beautiful! Malo lava! »

Pas de boisson de bienvenue, caution de 300 wst en espèces pour compenser le fait que leur terminal CB ne soit pas efficace (donc frais de retrait et de change après pour rien pour le client).
Bonne chambre, mais ménage aléatoire et variable, coffre-fort hors service, très peu d'eau chaude... Restaurant pas essayé au vu du petit déjeuner : le moins bon et le plus pauvre de notre voyage à...

« Aniva is a great host and the ladies that help her are lovely. The breakfast is very nice, the rooms clean and it's nice and close to Apia. The beds were a little hard for my taste but not terribly so, the shower is great and the pool is a delight in the heat, even though it's over-chlorinated.
Definitely pay the extra for A/C (it's a must for sleeping in the heat) and I would recommend paying in advance at the quoted price as there is a small discrepancy in the exchange rate if paying when you...

« Staff was amazing , Very friendly and always willing to help. They became like family and without hesitation They promised to look after my mum when I returned back to NZ but they went above and beyond. Check in/out was smooth with no hassles. Right in the middle of Apia so very convenient to town. It’s simple and intimate setting gives you peace and quiet and the attention when needed. Highly recommended. Thank you to all staff especially the admin team :) »

« Es war eine schreckliche Nacht, harte Betten, Kakerlaken im Zimmer, der Raum hat stark mufflig gerochen, Schimmel im Badezimmer, der Schwimmingpool hatte grünes Wasser zum Baden war der nicht geeignet.
Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. Ich habe mit dem Manager gesprochen, der hat nur mit den Schultern gezuckt.
Nie wieder in dieses Hotel, blos nicht Buchen das hat nur schöne Bilder, man wird voll getäuscht.
