« The hotel is looking a bit jaded and tired. Even the newer rooms. The new bar is very nicely decorated. However the hotel seems to have a lot of weddings and parties - there were 2 one evening and a wedding the next which makes for lots of people, loud music, a full car park, unhappy guests with young children who could not sleep. »

9.4 sur 10, Exceptionnel, (55 avis)
« The suite comprised a combined lounge and kitchen with a comfortable bedroom with an ensuite showerroom. The property was clean and in good condition. The kitchen had the necessary facilities and things were modern and in good condition.
The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a slight hold-up at registration to pay for the booking but otherwise everything ran smoothly.
The couch in the lounge looked to be a fold down bed, but we didn't try this and so don't know how well it would...

« The hotel was really cosy and the breakfast and dinner delicious. You can walk to Hampton Court in 30 minutes, along the River Thames and Bushey Park is just opposite with free roaming deer and ducks and swans. Kingston upon Thames has an abundance of shops and restaurants. It was a perfect spring break. »
