« Wonderful »

« We had a great stay! Tim was easy to communicate with, the house was clean, and as other guests have said - the photos don’t do it justice. The bedrooms are good sizes and we had everything we needed. My daughter appreciated the tvs with access to app subscriptions. The hot tub is huge, very relaxing. Lovely to have a fire and outside space. Being next to the stream and right by the waterfall was a great bonus. »

« Hotel bien situé, sur la promenade . Je pense que nous avons eu la plus petite des chambres, sans vue sur la promenade, dommage ! Le premier matin plus d’eau froide, douche prise dans une autre chambre. Le 2eme matin en remontant du petit déjeuner clé désactivée nous ne pouvions plus rentrer dans la chambre. Petit dejeuner tres bien. Repas tres correct. »

« Staff were extremely helpful and breakfast was more than I could eat, so asked to reduce after first day. Manx cooked breakfast was great, but the only small issue was that 'runny eggs' do not mean uncooked eggs (fried and poached, had the same issue). This was a small issue and I have made the comment so that the hotel can address as I will be staying there again. Thank you. »

« A very nice quiet hotel located right of the promenade , villa marina and near many good places to eat and shop within walking distance. Excellent staff provides quiet, friendly service. Room was very comfortable , quiet and everything worked well and was well maintained. It’s a great choice in Douglas. Restaurant had very good food too. »
