« Location is good. Apart from that, everything else is horrible. Especially disturbing is the unhygienic conditions of the rooms and washrooms, and the smelly linen. And no towels, though even if they had provided them, we would not have used them given their cleanliness standards. « Staying at Serena for the 2nd time - Pakistani hospitality at its finest! They go above and beyond with everything they do, from the complimentary airport/bus terminal pickup to the warm reception (greetings & welcome drinks), to the ambiance /architecture (simple yet classy), the food and the facilities - everything is top notch. Lastly, icing on the cake is that they gladly extended my stay for a couple of hours! Will definitely stay here again another time. »
