« I booked for a Business Suite with 1 bedroom and instead ended up in a studio style accommodation. There was no customary phone that you always find in any hotel room and had to go down to the lobby every time I needed something. There was no room service to change bedsheets/linen. The bathroom had a leak in its pipe which flooded the bathroom floor. »

« The hotel looks much better in photos than in reality. The actual condition of the room and facilities was far below expectations. There was a strong chemical cleaning smell in the room and throughout the property, which made it uncomfortable to stay.
