« Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Location was fab. Place definitely gives vintage vibes and nostalgic feels but we felt very comfortable nonetheless. Breakfast and dinner buffets were super tasty and had great variety each day. The shabu shabu and yakiniku restaurants onsite were also amazing! Some of the best wagyu we’ve had! I would recommend getting your rentals elsewhere, as we didn’t have a good experience with the rentals onsite, whilst cheap the stock was definitely outdated. My...

« Really enjoyed the stay here. Our host went above and beyond. And was very helpful in transporting us to our next accommodations in Hakuba. If only we could’ve stayed the whole stay here it would’ve been fantastic, but everything was already booked- just grateful that we could stay the week here. They also helped facilitate a discount on lift tickets. Location was very close to the ski slope and lifts. Would highly recommend. »
