« Lors de mon arrivée, l'employé à la réception insistait pour que paye mon séjour alors que le tout avait déjà été payé par Expedia 8 mois auparavant. AprÚs une attente de 10 minutes et un appel, il a compris que le tout avait bel et bien été payé. Ensuite j'ai passé 48h sans WiFi. Je devais demander constamment si ca fonctionnait car aucun suivi n'était fait de leur cÎté (pour m'informer). Et inévitablement... je n'ai eu aucun dédommagement. Le personnel du restaurant est #1 . »

« Last week It was quick night stay at this hotel for business. My stay was absolutely perfect.Good hotel of this class. Hotel was very clean as well as the room.Trip was on a busy working day but still they managed to pick me from airport and made arrangement for my day trip in city. As this was recommended by my frnd who stayed here before, i enjoyed the stay and it was comfortable.Breakfast had No quality issues. Front desk was very warm and welcoming and pleasing. All together best place...

« Found hotel easily, short taxi ride from airport (400 rupees). Convenient and we had a late (after midnight) checkin. No issues, tho I had phoned ahead to tell them we would be coming so late. The bathroom smelled after we had all showered (4 of us), but otherwise the family room was comfortable and what we needed for a 1 night stay. »

« la localisation via le site hotel est erronnée. l'hÎtel se situe à marol, andheri ouest, un peu au nord de l'aéroport international. rapport qualité prix intérressant. Malgré l'offre internet, le personnel a refusé de m'offrir le petit déjeuner. »

Hotel is close to the airport and very close to the domestic airport, Reception people very kind and helpful, no bad surprises. Rich and good breakfast.
