« A very pleasant experience for me. It is a homestay and not a normal hotel. The owner is very courteous and the location is quite good for my purpose. Also, it's in a residential area and I get fresh air by opening the large windows in my room. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a homely feeling away from home. « Maya farm stay is a worth-visiting property surrounded by beautiful scenic chilly field and hills, with colourful and bright rose plants spread across the location. It welcomes you with a serene feel and the vibe of the place is so captivating! The food is excellent and we enjoyed the nearby safari too. The rooms are neat and the whole area is well maintained. »

« It's conveniently located near the train station, but it's inside a market, so getting a taxi is a bit difficult. The hot water works well, but rats playing in the ceiling kept me up at night. The bathroom and bed sheets aren't clean. »

Hotels.com shud have verified this and removed this Service Apartment from their listing. I have no connect number of Hotels customer complaints.
