"The location of this hotel is very convenient if you need a room near LHR Airport;
it is just one metro stop from Terminal 3 to Hatton Cross station—
simply cross the road, and you are there.
Despite the fact that this hotel is so close to the airport and you can see the planes flying overhead, our room was very quiet and we didn't hear any noise.
The room was pleasant, and the bed had a very good mattress and pillows, we felt comfortable.
A small fridge is provided, as well as a water kettle to make coffee and tea—
something we really appreciated.
The breakfast was good, with a wide international selection.
The lady at the reception was very friendly, and it was also great that we could keep the room until noon on the day of departure and leave our luggage at the hotel until we headed to the airport in the evening.
As an improvement for this hotel, it would be nice to have complimentary bottles of water or a carafe of drinkingwater in the room.
When the room was cleaned, our bed was made, but the bathroom wasn't done.
At check-in, the computer system turned out to be down, and we had to wait a long time before we could get a room, this can happen, however be offered a glass of water in this situation would have been appreciated."
