« Very clean, with kind, welcoming staff and peaceful atmosphere.
The music played outdoor breaks this feeling a bit.
Beach is next door, with security staff always watching over, and while downtown is rather far the tricycle comes fast enough after a call from the lobby. »

« The bathroom has no ventilation so that things don't dry and rot. No chair, no table. No mosquito net, only very small window so if you want air you need to let the door open. The Wifi works in the lobby but does not reach the room. Most things in the room are very old and nearly broken.
Close to the beach and the surf area, not too noisy.
Friendly staff.

« Stay away from this property. It is not worth Expedia exposure property. I booked it for my sisters as itâs closer to San Juan Beach. It is a house turned lodging/dorm style. Not very upfront on additional fees on their listing. Terrible place for a stay. Might be okay for backpackers.
1. ADDITIONAL charge for airconditioner at 500 pesos a night (pricey, considering it was only used at night)
2. Lots of mosquitoes
3. Toilet flush handle is broken (shared/common area bathroom)

« Beautiful landscape with awesome swimming pool and ocean view but the property is somewhat rundown. Itâs not being maintained. The hardware in my bathroom is rusty. Definitely looks old and it smelled like sewer after taking a long shower. Room is big but very dull. No character for what is advertised as 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a typical Filipino breakfast; not exciting for a hotel rated as 5 star. »
