« Excellent location, service and premier suite room is super luxurious. Worth the price »

« There are kitchen cabinets but nothing apart from a kettle and 2-3 cups. Would appreciate a microwave or some plates and forks and knifes »

« The property is very nice and clean. There is a variety of restaurant food options available on the lower level. The view was incredible and the host is very helpful in answering any questions you may have about the room. »

« The checkin process is chaotic at best. Staff was unresponsive which led to checking in taking at least a hour. The hotel is basic and again. The rest of resort is pretty awesome. »

« The heated adult pool is great after a day of activities around the hotel. However, there isn’t hot water in the changing room. »

« The 3 bedrooms are just nice for my family, the room are clean and new, walking distance to Genting Highlands indoor and outdoor theme parks. It has nice views and a jacuzzi at balcony. We have fun staying. We stayed one night, would suggest stay at least 2 nights. »

« Genting is afterall Genting. It was fun and pleasant. The housekeeping staff is friendly and i enjoyed their kind attention. The hotel can do with providing better amenities for a resort though. There was nothin more than 2 small complimentary water bottles and coffee packets, for that price range, it does not yet compare with the same at Macau's 4 star and 5 stars. Nonetheless, Thank you for the memories. »

« Appartement relativement confortable mais situé à proximité de l’autoroute. Énormément de bruits de circulation 24h/24. Notre logement était de plus situé à côté d’une colonne de ventilation donc bruit sourd en permanence. Je déconseille. »
