Châteaux à Genting Highlands

« The apartment was clean and comfortable to live in. However, body wash and shampoo weren’t provided adequately even though the ‘big’ bottle was placed in the bathroom. The bathroom was a bit dirty too as I could see stains on the floor. Another thing was the water heater didn't function well. The water was so cold! »

« Chambres très propres et spacieuses mais couloirs assez sales. Personnel très sympathique. Hôtel très bien situé, distance de marche des restaurants. Navette gratuite pour aller au Premium outlet et au téléphérique. »

« Love everything about it. I get everything as described with the mountains view. Close to walking distance for places we wanted to go like food, massage etc. Nice n clean. We weren’t able to check in any earlier than 3pm, but they held our luggages so was ok. We went shopping and came back at 5pm to check in. The office for check in was quite a walk too that would be the only downfall. Not check in at the hotel building. But ok for us. Was just tired. Ok overall..love the hotel n space itself....

« Appartement relativement confortable mais situé à proximité de l’autoroute. Énormément de bruits de circulation 24h/24. Notre logement était de plus situé à côté d’une colonne de ventilation donc bruit sourd en permanence. Je déconseille. »
