« From the city, it was about 30 mins longer than expected to reach the place because the bridge backs up every week night. That is not the host's fault, adding it as info. Once we got there, we could not figure out which room was ours or where the room was as nobody was there and the doors had no signage. After contacting the host, they were able to point us to the right door for our rooms. The place is pretty rundown but we decided to give it a shot. The power went out about 2 hours later but...

« The host Peter was excellent. He was friendly and give us many good suggestions. He even took us to the grocery store. The place was amazing and clean. I stay with my husband and kids and we had a full kitchen which was convenient especially with little kids.oh and the view was breathtaking.. Would definitely stayed again. Sabreena and Imron »

« Unfortunately the location showed the apartment was located at Playa Bonita but it is actually located in Chumical which is 20km away. We were advised by friends who reside in Playa Bonita, whom we wanted to stay close to, that taxis/Uber’s dont go to Chumical and the area is for “adventurous” travelers so we forfeited our non-refundable booking. The host offered a different date but this didn’t resolve the above concerns. »

« Annonce mensongère. Pas d’info reçue au préalable à communiquer au poste de sécurité : apt, tél, nom, etc…Après 3/4 H au poste de sécurité, un homme est venu nous chercher suite appel téléphonique. Logement dans un garage au fond d’un minuscule passage derrière la maison principale. Pas d’isolation phonique possibilité de converser avec le voisin au travers la cloison.
