« The condo was comfortable furnished and had a nice view of the beach. To access the beach it is necessary to buy a pass from the adjacent club. It is very shallow and not really suitable for swimming. The heavy traffic across the bridge of the Americas made each visit to Panama City a time consuming excursion. Communication with the owners was easy. »

Nos comunicamos con Hoteles.com y verificamos que nunca fue cancelada por la empresa, fue el hotel quien lo hizo El personal del hotel fue totalmente indiferente y nada servicial, nos tuvieron toda una mañana esperando en el lobby sin ayudarnos o darnos respuestas cuando les hacíamos alguna consulta. La empresa de Hoteles.com inmediatamente quiso comunicarse con el hotel para resolver...

« Annonce mensongère. Pas d’info reçue au préalable à communiquer au poste de sécurité : apt, tél, nom, etc…Après 3/4 H au poste de sécurité, un homme est venu nous chercher suite appel téléphonique. Logement dans un garage au fond d’un minuscule passage derrière la maison principale. Pas d’isolation phonique possibilité de converser avec le voisin au travers la cloison. On l’entend chanter sous la douche, au toilette, etc … Kichnette : micro onde posé sur minuscule frigo, plaque de cuisson de...

« Unfortunately the location showed the apartment was located at Playa Bonita but it is actually located in Chumical which is 20km away. We were advised by friends who reside in Playa Bonita, whom we wanted to stay close to, that taxis/Uber’s dont go to Chumical and the area is for “adventurous” travelers so we forfeited our non-refundable booking. The host offered a different date but this didn’t resolve the above concerns. »

We also loved the outdoor space and especially loved the attention to detail of a Christmas Tree and lovely atmospheric lighting. Would highly recommend a stay at Playa Bonita and in this apartment. »
