« Unfortunately the location showed the apartment was located at Playa Bonita but it is actually located in Chumical which is 20km away. We were advised by friends who reside in Playa Bonita, whom we wanted to stay close to, that taxis/Uber’s dont go to Chumical and the area is for “adventurous” travelers so we forfeited our non-refundable booking. When I wiped the glass down after a shower, the towel was black. The entire apartment had a musty smell and the drain in the bathroom had a foul odor.
