« Property is beautiful from the outside. Inside is decay,has not been maintained. There was mold in our bathroom »

« This is a fantastic property. Nestled right downtown, and in walking distance from pretty much anything you need. The only thing I would note is the parking is caddy cornered to the hotel, and there's nowhere to unload baggage. A small price to pay for a great stay, and fairly unnecessary for overnight or light traveling. Cypress and Oak has a fantastic menu and bar at reasonable pricing. »

« The property is under major construction. No breakfast, no bar, no lobby, etc. I had to walk in the back service entrance to check-in. Expedia should remove this hotel from their site until construction is complete, which is at the end of y2027. I have many pictures that I would like to share as well. I also would like credit added to my account for this horrible visit. It was certainly worth the cost that was charged…at this post not, I’m a very dissatisfied Expedia customer. »

« Tout se présentait bien, abords de l'hôtel avenant, accueil sympathique, chambre très spacieuse et propre. Jusqu'au moment du coucher. Pourquoi une literie aussi déplorable ? La pire que j'ai connue depuis quinze ans ! Sans parler des oreillers du même niveau. J'ai vraiment très mal dormi. Petit déjeuner correct dans une petite salle agréable. Vraiment dommage car cela aurait pu être très bien ... mais je n'y retournerai pas »

« The place is surrounded by vacant run down buildings with broken glass all over the place. Cars in the parking lot look someone smashed in someone else’s windshield. Just a horrible place. Did not stay there didn’t feel safe having my family there. »

« Had a pleasant time. Came on a weekend that the restaurant wasn’t open but the stay was still great. Loved the historic area »

« Great location. Cozy room. Fun to have a bar downstairs and walkable around town. Frankfort is a nice location to reach distilleries from. »

« What a treasure. Rose Hill Inn is a beautiful property walkable to shopping and restaurants. The owners are delightful… so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and we had anything we needed and then some. »

« The staff were so friendly!!! The air conditioning was off when we got to the room. It was probably almost 100 degrees in there! We had to fix the toilet. I did not sleep under the sheets. We just slept there and left so it’s ok. However they do have the property listed on Expedia for 2 different properties… days inn and knights stay Inn…. So pick the cheaper one, it’s the same place. »
