« It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The only thing that wasnt up to my standards was a blood mark on my bed topper and the chair in the room smelled like a wet dog. »

« Rarely, if ever saw any staff. Do have to say that the complimentary breakfast isn't much. Hot water (for tea or hot cereal) was always ice cold as was the coffee that they would put out. I realize you can put it in the microwave for a few minutes but if you're putting out pots that state Hot coffee or Hot water for tea then they should be just that HOT. otherwise everything is fine - I don't lounge around the hotel.
