« Great location and view of the river. The staff were also friendly. However, the beds were hard, and the bed comforter/blanket was thin and rough. There was also a musty smell in the room, due to the building's age. The window did not open, so that didn't help with the smell or air flow. There is a desk and chair in the room, but the height of the battered chair was so low, that you couldn't use it to sit at the table (it couldn't be adjusted, either). « Staff was in a rush, a bit sharp in conversation. No "drink upon arrival" as advertised. They didn't provide a robe/ person. We were short one robe, despite having to enter the hall to access the bathroom. No hair conditioner offered. The breakfast was pretty normal weekend fare (scrambled eggs with cheese, French toast with sandwich-sized bread), fresh fruit cup. No extra food offered on table. »

« Wonderful cozy beach house with a beach (non crowded) at 2 minutes of walk! The host is attentive and is quick on your questions during the stay. We forgot ours souvenirs from our stay and she helped to find solutions to shipped back them to us! Thanks for your hospitality Rick and family »

« Check-in was easy, the kitchen was amazing, and Wi-Fi worked great. The in-door pool was a big hit. There was a lot of room to spread out and/or to gather together. The third floor Pirate's outlook was a big hit with the kids. Everyone thought that the beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was nice, as was the fire pit. The paddle boards and kayaks were fun as well. »
