« Very POOR. I stayed 4 nights and NOT ONCE was the bed made. NOT ONCE did my room receive clean towels. The garbage was never removed. On Monday and Tuesday mornings at 7:00, we made the coffee in the lobby since no staff had arrived. « Great for my kids. They loved the pool so much and all the extra space to run around. They went sledding on the property as well. All around fun time for all age groups. Everything was clean. Checking in was a breeze. We arrived 30 minutes before check in and sent a text asking if it was okay to get in early. Got a fast response with approval. Me and my family will definitely be had. »
