« Not enough people at the front desk making line ups. The hostess at the restaurant was not nice or helpful, with a hint of arrogance…. We decided not to eat there. »

« The space of the room was excellent, we really liked the kitchen, since we like to make our food. The reception and the staff were very polite and friendly. We have already stayed in hotels with more expensive daily rates and I can say that our experience this weekend was our best. We stayed only 1 day but we liked it much more than, for example, Holiday Inn or Marriott. »

« Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cleaning could use some extra attention... it wasn't filthy but tops of TV's and picture frames were thick dust. Also had a hair bunch on bathroom wall in shower. »

« The room felt cozy and accommodating. The black out curtains were a nice touch. The night shift lobby clerk was very friendly and came and checked on a concern of ours. The indoor/outsoor pool was amazing. Hot tubs are my favorite and it was very relaxing but was slightly too hot! Overall it’s my new favorite hotel! »

« Room was clean, looks like building needs some upgrades though. Something strange is going on in the pool room, with high heat and humidity and no ventilation, there is either mildew or mold because my nose started running within only 15 minutes in there. Pool was small, but clean. Breakfast area was kept up nicely and food looked like typical hotel offerings: Belgian waffle irons, hot biscuits, sausage links, scrambled eggs, gravy, bagels, etc. Hotel service was friendly, but we did have...

« I was surprised with the housekeeping fee, the half hour early check in fee, and the deposit fee which supposedly will be refunded. There was not a lamp for reading nor a night light for night bathroom visits, nor any facial tissues. The room was clean but reminded me of a hostel. »

« Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but my room was not ready when I arrived at 3:45 PM. I had to wait until after 4:45 PM, which was very disappointing after a long and tiring trip. »

« Excellent for.business folks, not families. No meal service-just frozen or snacks. Set TV volume at top (79) - couldn’t hear clearly. Reported Day 1 & not fixed 4 days later at checkout. Bar wat staff stood outdoors on a phone instead of taking our orders, so made popcorn & one frozen dinner. Great city to visit or do business, but suggest not Aloft for families. Just sleep here & eat somewhere else »
