« The owner was was very kind, friendly, and accommodating and had a cute gift shop. She also made a wonderful breakfast that started out with a baked apple! The yard and house were decorated very nicely for the holidays, complete with music to add to the ambiance. The room had everything we needed and included an amazing copper bath tub that was wonderful to soak in. Overall it was a great place to sleep and relax with much more character than a hotel room could ever have. »

« Very quiet property. Cozy cabin. The grounds are very well maintained. You do not feel like you are in town, but get the convenience of downtown Hayward being within walking distance. Matt was an excellent & responsive host! We would stay again. »

« My boyfriend and I only spent one night here for a quick stop in Hayward, but I could easily see spending a whole week. It was clean, and the bed is very comfy. It has lots of amenities, pretty much anything you could need. All we needed to bring was our food and clothes. We had a little fire and love the swinging egg chairs! The host, Matt, was very communicative and answered any questions I could have before I even asked them. Check in/out is a breeze. The location is great and within walking...
