« The front desk man was very nice, and my first room smelled like natural gas and he believed me and gave me a new room. I appreciated that. He didn’t give me an attitude or anything. I don’t remember his name but please tell him thank you! I was already stressed out and he made my night better! »

« Check in was easy, room was very clean and quiet. No USB ports and I forgot to get the wi-fi password. We were only there 12 hours and I would go there again. I loved that my car was right outside the door. Parking spaces are plenty wide. There is a fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Everything went just fine. »

« I am super disappointed. The pictures look great online, however, when you arrive, it’s very deceiving and not what is portrayed online. The house is old, dirty and smells of pet urine, plus it lacks the essentials to have a family meal if you are cooking. The owner never checked in during our stay, and we had to advise of the issues upon our departure. »

« The property was very cute. It is very well maintained and the property manager was very responsive. The directions were very detailed and the reviews also We stayed in San Francisco suite, which had 2 rooms and Jack & Jill bathroom, great for 4 travelers. Only had 2 concerns. The master bedroom mattress was too soft and we didn’t get the rest we expected. Second was the bath tub, it definitely had character but one of us was not careful and got bruised while getting out, ie the tub is too...

« Chose this hotel because it had a hot tub. The “hot” tub wasn’t even warm. It was room temperature at best. We waited to get it because there was a couple with a baby in the hot tub. The room was not clean - sticky soda on bathroom vanity counter and a spot of blood on the bathroom floor behind the door. »
