« Stayed in Room 117. There was mold on the bathroom wall, rusted light fixtures, a few non-working outlets, & etc. The room also had a slight smell. Being that a concert was in town & most hotels were sold out or overbooked, we stayed to avoid the 2+ hour drive back home later that evening. I voiced my concerns to the clerk & their "text service" upon which I received no response from management. It's been 48 hours at this point. »
