« Rooms are small, bathroom doors are the barn sliding door style and it seems they donât stay in the grooves leaving you with gaps and as the bed is right next to this barn door you can hear everything.
The Boxcar bar has a nice view but very limited cocktail menu which is over priced even by hotel standards.
It was fine to have the experience and stay in downtown of Meridian but overall just an average hotel. »

« The property on the outside was fine and with a lot of parking. The lobby and eating area was alright and looked to have been recently redone. The room was less clean that I would like, but adequate. The bathtub was quite dingy looking and in need of a reglazing. Breakfast was mixed with some inedible hot items, but lots of other choices such as waffles, yogurt, toast, etc. I booked specifically because of the pool and jacuzzi and the pool was fine, but someone had vomited in the jacuzzi. « My experience was disappointing. The first room I was given still had trash left in the garbage cans and the room had an unpleasant smell. I asked for another room, but the second room wasnât much better. The shower was dirty and there were stains on the furniture.
On top of that, the key card machine wasnât working, so staff had to let us into the room each time. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms were not up to standard. »

« Bathtub had used bar of soap left on ledge and pump was completely out of shower gel- tub dirty. Ac was extremely loud and rattled , loud enough to wake us up every time it kick on. Paid extra for breakfast, was told at check in it started at 6am but apparently on weekends it starts at 7am. We had to leave before it was set up. Check in staff was rude and was obvious she did not want to be there. »

« We thought everything was good! Canât give all stars, since thereâs always room for improvement!! The room was clean except for those damn beetles. Had to kill a few so they quit dropping on us!
