Comté de Montgomery : recherchez des hôtels

« The room was clean and served its purpose; however, the hotel itself is very outdated. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the customer service at the front desk. The staff member who checked us in was rude and seemed unwilling to answer our questions. When we asked about extending our stay for one additional night, we were told she was too busy to assist us and that we needed to make another reservation online. « Two nights here and zero complaints on cleanliness or comfort. Free WiFi was decent for checking messages quickly. »

« Our group found the room had everything needed including kitchen items like a microwave for quick meals. Access from the highway was very convenient. »

« Super close to where we needed to be. Plenty of room. »

« Very nice. A lot of stairs for older people. »

« Place was dirty when we arrived. Bed was not a queen was supposed to be shower only but it was shower tub and was 2 ft high I have bad knees I had to go to daughter to shower. Bed and couch both stained oh and it’s right next door to fire station so we got woken up by sirens .As for ac it had a window unit in front room only so bedroom was hot. I would have canceled as soon as we saw it but Vrbo takes a week to refund and I didn’t have the money to go somewhere else!!!! »
