« I booked this hotel for my grandchildren because of the pool, checking in found pool closed, place mess. They said tub but got handicap shower that water ran all over floor slipped and almost fell. They are renovating noise all night couldn't sleep »

« First impressions: no elevator, steps and hallway dirty and unswept, front desk clerk hard to understand and not dressed appropriately. Room was ok, not too many amenities. Breakfast is very limited. Parking lot used by truckers, but we'll lit. Probably would not stay there again »

« No real breakfast. »

« It was very clean and appropriately setup. The screen in porch was very nice to be in for morning coffee. The lake was full of all kinds of wildlife »

« You can’t beat the view, and the location of this cabin but there’s a few things you need to be aware of and I’ve shared a lot with a host so they can make improvements. We were looking forward to the hot tub as that was about 30% of the reason we rented the cabin. The water was cloudy and there was no solution during our two day stay. The gas grill was not very well kept, I have recommended replacement. The fire pit was also not very well kept. We recommend that this is cleaned after every guest...

« The lake is absolutely beautiful! Easy check, and the host was quick to respond with any questions I had. And the hot tub was super nice to relax in after a day of fishing!! »

« Breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly. Parking easy. Pool looked nice, although we didn’t use it. The elevator was broken, so we were put on first floor. The walls seemed thin, and there was lots of noise from other rooms around us and above us, although sleep time was quiet. We would go back - think we just hit them on a rough weekend. »

« It is a historic three story home built in the 1800’s on 9 acres. The 6 rooms are richly appointed. The area is surrounded by corn fields. The owner, Hans is an excellent friendly host and a first class musician. He also serves as a breakfast chef and serves french toast from a family secret recipe. My wife and I throughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if luckily our travels bring us back to the area. Highly recommended. »

« Everything was clean and tidy; we really liked it. It is a wonderful, peaceful place where you can enjoy the beauty of nature and have beautiful, unique experiences. We were delighted and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It is perfect for families to enjoy ❤️ »

« Host was very accommodating with a last minute schedule change and the property was nice to walk around. »

« Great girls getaway! Loved our time there »

« Cozy cabin in the woods ! We were mainly there to visit our student at IU so we didn’t get to enjoy the area as much but it does look like a great place to escape the hustle of the daily life and relax in the woods. The drive into the property is a little narrow and curvy but other than that it was so cute ! »
